Halifax Historical Society Calendar
It’s time for the 3rd annual Halifax Historical Society calendar. Once again, we are looking for pictures taken in Halifax, by a Halifax resident, of houses, scenery, animals, etc - we just ask no people unless we have a release from them. All pictures can be emailed to [email protected]. Keep in mind the calendar is landscape so that orientation works best.
All pictures are due by October 15th so we can have the calendar ready for the end of November.
Thank you - if you have any questions please let us know.

Event sponsored by Historical Society of Windham County:

BENSCH MOUNTAIN MAPLE
1099 VT RT-30, Newfane, Vermont
Sunday, March 16th at 2:00 PM

Maple sugaring is a Vermont heritage, passed down from generation to generation by farmers who have worked to create the World’s Best Maple Syrup. Bensch Mountain Maple is owned by two young local entrepreneurs Jamie Nystrom and Sam Bourne. Come join us and tour their sugarhouse with its two 5X16 Leader Evaporators and learn how a large sugar operation processes 24,000 taps and is working to break their record of 12,480 gallons this season!
