Today, despite the rainstorm that passed through, we successfully executed auto extrication training. Our chief and deputy chief worked closely with team members, sharing their extensive expertise and knowledge. The significance of training cannot be emphasized enough. We express our sincere gratitude to Robbie's Wrecker for providing the vehicles and venue for the training exercise, and we offer them our genuine appreciation and thanks

Today at approximately 3:45 pm, we were dispatched for a tree across the road with lines involved. R-581 responded and assisted at the scene, closing the road down. AEP was on scene and had already contacted Asplundh. We maintained the road closure until they arrived. We would like to extend our gratitude to AEP, Lincoln 911 dispatchers, Asplundh, and our members.

And then
Had a carbon monoxide alarm approximately 11:30 pm yesterday in town
Chief’s 591
And others was on standby at station

At approximately 5:50 am this morning, our team was dispatched to respond to a two-vehicle head-on collision in town. Both vehicles sustained heavy damage. Upon assessment, our members found three patients and provided medical attention prior to the arrival of EMS. Medic 77 and Medic 22 transported all patients to the hospital. The following units responded to the scene: Rescue 582, Engine 555, Engine 553, and Rescue 581. We wish everyone a safe day.

Well, ladies and gentlemen! Here is our big announcement! We welcome our new engine into our house. It has been a long road working to get this truck, and we still have a long road ahead of us to get it in service. The truck will need our decals, radios, equipment, etc. put on. So, within hopefully a month, we'll have our new Engine 552 in service and serving our community. We would like to express our appreciation to our Board of Directors, our Fire Chief, and our members, and especially our community, without your support we wouldn't be able to make this happen.
Also we would like you give a big shout out to Thomas Mays on sending a driver to go get our truck this makes the second one he has went and got for us and he’s done a awesome job thank you !!!

Today's operation involved assisting Station 400 with a structure fire in town. Upon arrival, 400 units had already responded and initiated an interior attack. Our units supported the effort with an interior attack and successfully contained the fire, preventing it from engulfing the entire house, although significant interior damage was sustained. There was multiple exposures that was not touched by no fire thankfully. Engine 552 and Engine 553 both had full crews. We extend our gratitude to Lincoln 911 dispatchers, Lincoln EMS, Station 400 members, and Station 200 members, as well as our own members for their assistance.
Good stop on this fire and a quick response from all departments
