We are gearing up for move-ins into phase 2 later this year and beginning of 2027! Today’s compliance meeting was very successful with lots of questions answered. Looking forward to wrapping up phase 2 and moving onto phase 3.

Hosted a tour and conversation with representatives of the U.S. DEPARTMENT OF HOUSING AND URBAN DEVELOPMENT Multifamily Housing Northeast Region, Boston and Hartford Offices. The group was impressed with what has been accomplished thusfar!
