Met a new friend in Michael and some old friends I have not seen in 3 years- Dani & Kiersan as we collaborated together with other Station Dogs from around Connecticut to shoot a promotional video for K9’s For Warriors. Cannot wait to see the finished product! In the meantime check out the video for the song “FREEFALL” by the band Nothing More, which stars Michael and focuses on mental health & wellness for First Responders….

What a day I’ve had! Your favorite fire station support dog here, coming to you with my tail wagging after a busy day spreading comfort and joy!

First stop: University of New Haven to visit all the amazing EMT & Paramedic students! Loved meeting these future heroes and giving them some puppy therapy between their intense training sessions. Nothing relieves stress like a good head pat (for them) and belly rubs (for me)! 🚑

Next up: West Haven City Hall for their Wellness Fair! Got to remind everyone that mental health includes cuddle time with good boys like me. My job might be serious business, but my approach is all wags and kisses!

Finally, even comfort specialists need self-care! Headed to Details dog grooming for a much-needed shave and haircut. Feeling fresh and fluffy—ready for more comfort missions tomorrow!

Remember, humans: I’m always here to brighten your day at the station. It’s a ruff job, but somebody’s gotta do it!

This is my new friend Tobin. Tobin sells custom, hand made drawings from scratch. And Tobin is selling these Custom, hand made, drawings from scratch today-8/22/24 from 10 till about 1pm or whenever his mom makes him come inside.

Tobin’s studio is located at 47 Jones Hill Rd in West Haven. Right in his parents front yard. He can draw funny, scary, happy, or cool drawings. And the best part… they’re only $1.

From the West Haven Police Department, please welcome Sergeant Marchitto, and his partner K9 Ado to the Connecticut K9 Olympics! This competition will take place on September 21 and is open to the public! K9 Ado and his partner I have been a team for West Haven Police Department since entering the CT State Police K9 Acadmey in September of 2018. They graduated in December 2018. K9 Ado is also crossed trained in narcotics detection. K9 Ado has had over 15 significant apprehensions of violent offenders and a half a dozen or more tracking finds. Work is strictly business, but at home Ado loves to play with his pit bull brother Nash and spend his free time resting. He also enjoys vacations at Devil Dog Day Care at the pool parties!
