Today, we pause to honor and remember the brave men and women who gave their lives in service to our country. 🇺🇸

Due to inclement weather, today’s Memorial Day Parade has been canceled. We invite the community to join us instead for a Memorial Day Ceremony at:

223 Woodlawn Rd
West Hempstead, NY 11552

🕥 10:30 AM

Following the ceremony, refreshments will be served.

Thank you to our veterans, active service members, and all who continue to preserve the freedoms we enjoy today. We hope you will join the West Hempstead Civic Association and our community as we honor our fallen heroes this Memorial Day.
