Ms. DeVerney's Junior Kindergarten class has been learning about community helpers this month.

Following the annual visit from local firefighters, the JK class had a special visit from Trooper Bjorne. Students learned about what a police officer does, how they keep us safe and how to dial 911.

Trooper Bjorne showed the students all around his vehicle and was kind enough to bring swag bags for the class. All of the students were so excited, especially his son Boone!
