Open Letter to Sheriff Len Hagaman:

Dear Sheriff Len Hagaman,

I have written to you many times prior in an attempt to file child abuse charges against

Judge Hal G. Harrison, Rebecca Eggers-Gryder, Tamera Divenere, Lyric Fitzgibbons, Tom Hughes, and others. You have consistently refused to file a single report and have chosen to protect these child abusers.

Over the past few years, I have had many people who have contacted me (Since I own Childabusivejudges.com) asking what they should do because they believe their children are being abused.

All have accused judges of crimes against children, child abuse (some of the same judges), and some people also have gone to the NC DSS to report child abuse and have been refused and turned away.

All are stating psychological/emotional child abuse (DSM-5 V995.51) in a similar fashion as they used to harm my children.

It seems that all sheriffs and their departments in the state of North Carolina have surrounded their wagons around these accused child abusers and have protected them.

I am at a loss on how to help these parents and grandparents when they call or email since I am a pacifist.

I was hoping to get your advice since many children are in imminent danger: Are you recommending that these family members use their 2nd amendment rights to protect their children and family?

Since you, other sheriff's departments, the state of North Carolina, North Carolina Department of Social Services, and other NC entities, all continue to commit malfeasance while these parents are witnessing their children being abused? I am totally at an impasse of not knowing what to say.

You have to admit that a parent can not in good conscience continue to watch their own siblings abused.

Now with all due respect, it is obvious your actions have proven you couldn't care less about the abuse of children and parents but aren't you putting your own deputies in life-or-death situations because you have chosen to protect these accused child abusers?
Arent your actions the true definition of malfeasance?

What do you do when you try to let people know about something extremely important and you keep hitting a brick wall?
I am talking about child abuse and domestic violence.
Child abusers who are Judges in Watauga County Court.
I have tried to file charges with Len Hagaman and he blatantly refused. I tried to file with Tom Hughes the Director of Watauga DSS and his response was NC doesn't have Psychological child abuse as a mandatory investigative option.
When you bring blatant denial of constitutional rights by Judges up to NC Judicial Standards, NC Judicial Standards reply is, we protect judges, not your constitutional rights.
Where do you turn when eggers eggers eggers bribed Judge Hal Harrison and no one lifts a finger?
How about 'friends' at the Boone PD for 20 years tell you there is nothing they can do?
How about a counselor who abused your children and no one will file a criminal charge?
How about The Watauga Democrat being pro-child abuse and domestic violence by quashing stories and comments about this subject.
I have written 3 books about the abuses of family court and the corruption/malfeasance of Watauga county officials. Child abusers that should be in jail but are protected by 'The System'.
I hope my comment remains up but I have a feeling Watauga County won't like the truth getting out.
