What a day! Our 19th annual youth day/pheasant hunt was a huge success. I don't know how many kids we ended up with. There were 43 on the list at the start, but we had several come in after. Pretty sure we were pushing 60 by the end. I will have to dig out the sign in sheet and see the exact number. Lots of fun and smiles all day, and every kid was able to harvest atleast one pheasant. That's pretty impressive! We can't thank the handlers and awesome dogs enough. Also everyone that plays a part in putting this event on year after year. It is a lot of work, but a labor of love! Cousins Youth Outdoor Development gave away another lifetime hunting license. They are a fantastic organization that we are proud to have come support our event. If you have pictures, please share them with us. I know Sallie will have a bunch to post in the near future.
Thanks to everyone for sharing the day with us!
