Between 1 and 3 inches of rain have fallen. The expected rainfall rate is 1 to 2 inches in 1 hour. Additional rainfall amounts of 1 to 2 inches are possible. Flash flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly. HAZARD...Life threatening flash flooding. Heavy rain producing flash flooding. SOURCE...Radar and automated gauges. Msg from Logan County ALERT: PREPARE NOW! Ground saturated - Rain comes at dark. Flooding and Flash Flooding possible!
If your area floods:
1. Move vehicles to high ground.
2. Gather important items and take them to a second floor, or someplace safe.
3. Consider packing a go-bag with things you will need if not at home
4. Turn Around Don't Drown!

If you have to be out and about today give yourself extra time to get where you are going. Multiple trees, power lines and flooded roadways through out the area. Still lots of power outages as well. Stay safe and check local weather stations for continued coverage on the storms.

Multiple rounds of storms are expected throughout the day today, with strong to damaging winds and very heavy rain and flash flooding. The heavy rain/flash flooding potential will linger through tonight into early Wednesday morning.
