Today is the last day for early voting in Crittenden County. Polls will be open today from 8am-5pm.

Election Day, November 5th polls will be open 7:30am-7:30pm. If you need transpiration download the Lyft app & use code “VOTE24” for 50% off up to $10 off your ride.

Continuing to move the city forward with two big businesses that will break ground soon in West Memphis. Congrats to Mayor Marco McClendon, City Council & the City of West Memphis for this huge accomplishment. Let’s continue to work together to see the city thrive! Let’s make your voice heard this week as early voting is a great option to beat the crowd on Election Day. Early voting ends on November 4th. As we enter the second week of early voting, let’s remember how privileged we are to be able to vote! It’s our civic duty to exercise our right to vote and it starts locally! Having served as an alderman for 8 years Al Felton is aware of what the community needs and how to advocate on their behalf. His proven leadership with tangible results makes him the right candidate for the job! With a successful business, serving on several boards including current Utility Commissioner, & a leader in the church he is connected to the people of West Memphis. As we seek your support don’t hesitate to reach out and let us know what improvements you want to see in the community. We’re in this together!

FELTON FACT OF THE WEEK: Residents please plan accordingly for roadwork and bridge closures this weekend. Early voting continues throughout the weekend. Alternate routes may be used, please allow extra time. Thank you for those who have supported this campaign. We look forward to serving you.

🚧 ROAD WORK AHEAD 🚧
The I-55 Bridge will close from Saturday, October 26th, 4AM, through Monday, October 28, 6AM for Tennessee Department of Transportation contract crews to continue construction activities on the I-55 and Crump interchange.

Activities include Bridge repair and Bridge Inspection on I-55 (Memphis Arkansas Bridge).
· I-55 SB will be closed at Bridgeport Road in Arkansas
· I-55 NB will be closed at South Parkway* in Tennessee *Local traffic will be allowed to continue to the McLemore exit
· I-55 SB ramp will be closed.
· Crump Boulevard WB will be closed
· A detour will be posted.

🛑There will be no traffic permitted through during the repairs. Motorists should follow detour signs or seek alternate routes to avoid delays.

⚠️As always, drivers are reminded to use all motorist information tools wisely and Know Before You Go by checking travel conditions before leaving for their destination. Drivers should never tweet, text, or talk on a cell phone while behind the wheel.

Let’s continue to build on the positive momentum of voter turnout! Make your voice heard! If you need transportation to the polls our church home, First Missionary Baptist Church, will be offering rides this Friday & Saturday during polling hours. Don’t hesitate to send us a message or if you know someone who may need a ride we can secure transportation for them. This election is important! Every vote counts!

West Memphis came out in record numbers to the election polls today! What a way to kick off early voting! was well represented at each location and we enjoyed meeting and talking to the citizens of West Memphis. Thank you for your continued support!
The first ever Fall Faith Festival at the Hightower Park Amphitheater was a success with many of the city’s leaders in attendance praying, praising, & worshipping along with family fun. We look forward to more positive events for the city!
