Help Beat the Heat. Volunteers Needed.

🥵EXTREME HEAT WARNING🥵
Volunteers are needed today to help open and staff the City of West Memphis Emergency Cooling Center.

With an Extreme Heat Warning in effect until 8:00 p.m., the heat index in West Memphis could reach 112 degrees. Opening this cooling center gives residents a safe place to escape the dangerous heat, and we need your help to make it happen.

Volunteer shift:
12:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m.

Location:
Roberta Jackson Neighborhood Center
1300 E. Polk Ave.
West Memphis, AR
