We will be having a trash hopper brought in on April 10 2026. Only trash is to be put into this hopper. We will have a trailer beside the hopper to put steal into.

The Village of West Millgrove would like to thank Eagleville Joint Ambulance District for the service that it has provided in 2025. Would also like to give a huge shout out to the interim chief and all personal who kept everything going while EJAD was looking for its full-time chief. Hoping 2026 goes as good if not better then 2025.

Dear Residents,

The Village of West Millgrove Council has council seats open starting January 2026. If any Village Resident (18 yrs or older and live in the village for 1yr) is interested in a seat on council, please submit a letter of interest to the Village of West Millgrove by January 15,2026. Residents may mail letters to P.O. Box 8 West Millgrove, OH 43467, email at [email protected], or drop off at the Village Hall. Residents that submit a letter of interest are encouraged to attend the council meeting on January 15,2026 at 7:00pm. Please contact the Village Office with any and all questions at (419) 288-3333.

Trick or treat will be on the 25th from 4pm-5:30pm. I would like to see if we can transition to trunk or treat on the blacktop down by the park but will have both this year. I would like people's thoughts so when you see me down at the blacktop or stop by meeting let me know what your thoughts are. My thinking is so the kids don't have to walk up and down 199. We will have hot chocolate again and treats. Thanks,

Want to let everyone know we will be bringing in a trash hopper again on 8/22/2025 & 8/23/2025. There will also be a trailer for steel to be thrown in. Neither one is not for tires to be thrown in! This is a way for the village to help people try to get things cleaned up and make our village look better.

Just to let everyone know meetings will now be held the third Thursday of everyone month.

The Council Meeting for July has been rescheduled. Instead of it being on July 3rd we will have it on July 10 to give everyone time to enjoy the holiday with their families.
