We are starting to see more and more E-bikes. Here is a safety video put out by Ohio State Highway Patrol as well as Holmes County Sheriffs Office. This explains the different types of E-Bikes as well as riding safety. Remember you must obey traffic laws while riding in the road way, including stopping at stop signs.

April is national Child Abuse Prevention Month! Please join us in ridding this world of child abuse! We ask each of you to wear blue on Wednesday April 8 in honor of recognizing Child Abuse Prevention month!

Recently the West Milton Mayor and Council passed a proclamation recognizing Child Abuse Prevention Month during April
In West Milton! Below is a picture of Chief Wright presenting the proclamation to Jennifer Knisley!

Mrs. Knisley is the Director of the Child Advocacy Center of Miami County which is part of Isaiah’s Place in Troy! The Child advocacy Center is the central point for all law enforcement agencies in Miami County to have forensic interviews conducted of reported child abuse criminal investigations! As sad as it may be this is a necessary function to the healing process for our children who are victims of abuse! The Center conducted nearly 200 interviews in 2025 and the number of interviews has grown each year since the center opened in 2022. Please join the West Milton Police Division in recognizing this problem in America and join us in stopping the violence!
