Join us this Saturday, May 16, for the West Monroe High School and surrounding neighborhoods cleanup as we work together to Keep West Monroe Beautiful. From 9–11 AM, volunteers will help pick up litter, beautify the area, and make a positive impact right here in our community.

We had a small but mighty crew that did a clean-up downtown post RIVERFEST. Thanks to the City of West Monroe who did a fabulous job cleaning up. Made our job easy! We love the downtown and are proud to keep it clean. From Cotton to Commerce we keep it clean !

Due to recent weather conditions, the Hasley Cemetery Community Cleanup has been postponed. This decision was made with the safety of our volunteers and the overall integrity of the cemetery in mind.
We are grateful to everyone who signed up to volunteer and support this effort.

During Love the Boot Week 2026, it was inspiring to see people from across West Monroe, and all of Ouachita Parish come together to serve the place we all call home.

A huge thank you to everyone who showed up and showed out for today’s cleanup at Restoration Park 💚♻️

With the help of our friends at KNOE 8 News, West Monroe West Ouachita Chamber of Commerce, and Discover Monroe-West Monroe, we made meaningful progress in a space that truly represents what community transformation looks like. Restoration Park is a great example of what consistent care and community investment can do. Thanks to ongoing cleanup efforts and improvements over time, this space continues to grow into a place our residents can enjoy and take pride in. That kind of impact doesn’t happen without people like YOU.
