Today, we were proud to join the Children's Coalition for Northeast Louisiana and St. Joseph MBC of West Monroe for the grand opening and ribbon cutting of their newest Community Table Open Pantry!

This new pantry provides a safe, accessible space where neighbors can find food and support with dignity. We’re proud to see these outstanding organizations working together to care for local families and strengthen our community.

It’s always a special treat when we can celebrate the work of one of our own. Chamber Board Member DeRon Talley serves as pastor of St. Joseph, and we’re grateful for his leadership and continued commitment to our community.

Thank you to everyone who joined us this morning for the “Bring Back Kiroli” Community Breakfast at Kiroli Park Lodge.

We heard updates from West Monroe Mayor Staci Albritton Mitchell, Kiroli Park Manager Katie McClinton and Director of Event Facilities Chris Post about the park’s recovery following Winter Storm Fern—and, more importantly, about the opportunity ahead for our community to help shape what comes next.

This morning was really about listening, connecting and inviting our community to the table. Kiroli has been part of generations of memories in West Monroe, and its next chapter will be strengthened by the people, organizations and businesses willing to contribute their ideas, time, talents and resources.

Thank you to the City of West Monroe, Kiroli Foundation, and everyone who joined the conversation today. We’re excited about what’s ahead as we work together to ensure this special community asset continues to grow and serve generations to come.

We were proud to celebrate the grand opening and ribbon cutting of IES Communications’ new logistics and warehouse facility on Grantham Avenue in West Monroe!

This new facility represents another important investment in our community and will serve as a strategic logistics hub supporting IES projects and customers throughout Louisiana and surrounding markets. Building the infrastructure for what comes next! 💙

Today, the Chamber was proud to celebrate the completion of West Monroe’s new $5.7 million Drago Sewer Lift Station—the City’s largest infrastructure project since 2018.

Serving more than 3,100 homes and businesses, this investment replaces infrastructure dating back to 1957 and strengthens the capacity our community needs for continued growth and economic development.

Congratulations to the City of West Monroe, our state and local leaders, contractors, City staff and everyone who helped make this important investment possible!
