West Newbury Council on Aging The council maintains information, knowledge and interest in the local, state and federal affairs which relate to the welfare of our residents.

The mission of the West Newbury Council on Aging is to provide support services and programs which will enrich the lives of West Newbury Citizens ages 60 and over.
