Today was more than just a holiday party 🎄 It was a chance to pause, come together, and reflect on the year we shared as Able Company. The laughter, conversations, and camaraderie reminded us that our greatest strength has never been equipment or numbers it has always been our people 💪

Through long days, high expectations, and an unforgiving mission, these Soldiers continue to show up for one another with professionalism, resilience, and heart 🇺🇸 Today was about honoring that bond, recognizing the work done behind the scenes, and appreciating the families who support this service every single day ❤️

Had a blast participating in the annual Toy Drive alongside the 𝐂𝐥𝐨𝐬𝐭𝐞𝐫 𝐅𝐢𝐫𝐞 𝐃𝐞𝐩𝐚𝐫𝐭𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭 and the Santa Response Team 🎅🚒

Events like these remind us what the season is really about giving back, supporting our community, and putting smiles on kids’ faces.

A huge thank you to 𝐃𝐨𝐧 𝐍𝐢𝐜𝐨𝐥𝐞𝐭𝐭𝐢 for welcoming us and allowing us to be part of this amazing event once again. We’re grateful for the continued partnership and the opportunity to serve beyond the uniform.

On 8 August, Able Company, 3rd Recruiting and Retention Battalion, NJ Army National Guard teamed up with our neighbors from Assassins Company, Recruiting and Retention Battalion, NY Army National Guard.

We spent the day sharing best practices, building each other up, and strengthening the bonds that make our mission stronger. We closed it out with a little friendly competition — a flag football PT session that reminded us that teamwork extends far beyond the uniform.

Days like this remind us that The Guard is more than just a job — it’s a family. One team, one fight, always …able and ready! 💪🏽🇺🇸

Café con Leche was a huge success today in Englewood! ☕️ We had an amazing time connecting with community members and leaders, sharing stories, and strengthening our bonds over a cup of coffee. This event, in collaboration with AUSA, was a great opportunity to showcase the Army National Guard’s commitment to serving and engaging with our communities. Together, we’re building stronger relationships and making a difference! 💪🏽

🌟✨ NJARNG RRB Takes on ARISS Training✨🌟

This past 20-22 February, Able Company and Baker Company embarked on a transformative journey at the West Orange Armory, New Jersey, under the expert guidance of Mr. Phillip Mucker and his dynamic colleagues, Joel and Deb. Together, they introduced us to the intricacies of the Army Recruiting Information Support System (ARISS) Training, conducted by the Army National Guard Training and Development Support Team.

📚💡 The curriculum was nothing short of enlightening, diving deep into the vital areas of School Zone, Bi Zone, Recruiting Zone, Market Share Analysis, and Conversion Data. This comprehensive training equipped our recruiters with the knowledge and tools necessary to navigate the competitive landscape of army recruiting with confidence and finesse.

A heartfelt thank you to Mr. Mucker, Joel, and Deb for this invaluable experience. Your dedication to nurturing talent and fostering growth is truly inspiring.

We emerged not just trained but transformed, ready to make a more significant impact in our recruitment efforts. Here’s to the endless possibilities that lie ahead, armed with new insights and a deeper understanding of our mission. 🇺🇸🚀
