Look what our library is growing!

Today is Library Workers Day and we want to shout our appreciation to the wonderful staff at the West Orange Public Library.
For creating diverse programs for all ages and interests; for developing a rich and plentiful collection for all readers; for building a beautiful space that allows us to work, read, play, learn, and meet up; for offering new services and growing to meet our ever-changing needs; and for always advocating on behalf of a strong library for all of West Orange: we appreciate you today and every day.

Stop in and check it out!

For folks up in Essex County, our Revolutionary Lives exhibit is now on display at the West Orange Public Library thru January 23. Come learn about the experiences of numerous Revolutionary people, and explore how their lives, views, and choices were shaped by their unique circumstances.

It's a great way to kick off the 250th commemoration getting underway throughout New Jersey for 2026 and beyond!

It's the last day of our Book Sale taking place at the lower level of the West Orange Public Library Building (10 Rooney Circle)!
Fill a bag for $5!
By doing so: you support our public library, get fantastic deals on great books (& puzzles!), and help us get our tables back to all the organizations that generously loaned them to us!
