We happy to welcome Andre Hollis to Redhawk International Team. Mr. Hollis has served as Department of Defense Deputy Assistant Secretary for counternarcotics in 2001 and Senior Counsel for the House of Representatives’ in 1998-2001. Mr. Hollis was responsible for oversight, budget, policy and programming for the Department’s 280 domestic and international programs and a $1.4 billion annual budget. Mr. Hollis later joined Van Scoyoc Associates, the largest privately owned government relations Firm in Washington, as a Vice President and focused on Defense, Homeland Security and Intelligence programs. A Distinguished Military Graduate of Princeton University, Mr. Hollis earned a commission in the United States Army. He earned his Juris Doctor from the University of Virginia School of Law in 1991. The Departments of Defense and Homeland Security recognized Mr. Hollis with Medal for Exceptional Public Service and Distinguished Public Service Award, respectively.

Redhawk International is excited to welcome Scott Bolls as our new Managing Director. Scott Bolls is a U.S. attorney, CPA, and Global Business Strategist with over 30 years of experience structuring, growing, and optimizing highly profitable enterprises in international markets by applying innovative approaches to strategic partnership and business development. He is a self-starter, deal maker and team-player who has built a vast network of international contacts. His experience has been in Global Business, Strategic Partnerships, Military Contracts and Economic Reform.

Mr. Bolls has had private sector financial experience working for Goldman Sachs, GE Capital, Ernst and Young, Ocwen Savings Bank and the U.K’s Smith Hodgkinson. He has worked inside both Western and Asian cultures and has a strong ability to connect personally and professionally with persons from multi-culture business and governmental sectors. Mr. Bolls has extensive experience in design, structuring, and management of complex international investments and start-ups to address global challenges in public and private sectors in following countries:

China: Overall including Hong Kong
Asia/Pacific (ASEAN) including: Thailand, Vietnam, Philippines, Laos, Myanmar, Cambodia, Malaysia, Singapore, Indonesia; and Taiwan and the Solomon Islands
Central Asia including: Afghanistan, Iraq, Tajikistan and Dubai (UAE)
Europe including: Russia, and the former DDR Eastern Germany

Mr. Bolls earned his law degree at the University of Pennsylvania while also attending the Wharton School of Business.
