STOP SCROLLING!!!

Are you positive that you’re negative?
Think about that for a second...

With rising diagnoses in the county, if you haven’t been tested, you don’t know.

And knowing your status is where prevention begins.

Here in Palm Beach County, we are taking action with our CTRL - HALT - DEL campaign ...

HALT :: Halt the Spread - Stopping the spread of HIV through care and treatment for persons with HIV.

DEL :: Delete Stigma - Erasing HIV stigma and disparities in health outcomes.

Testing connects you to answers.
Answers connect you to care.
Care connects you to control.

We are here to serve you and these resources are free ... please REACH OUT today - and share with friends and family ... we can even send a free test kit in the mail ... no excuses. Use this link: https://redcap.pbcgov.org/redcap/surveys/?s=M4TXKH8YHDN3TAYD

Every day, the Division of Senior and Veteran Services (DSVS) Case Management team does incredible work ensuring frail, homebound seniors have the support they need to age safely at home. Last month, Case Managers Verna Edwards and Shatoria Everett, alongside Supervisor Amber Goodwin, went above and beyond to assist a senior in Belle Glade.
After a home-delivered meals driver reported that a client was struggling with personal care and home maintenance, the trio jumped into action. Verna conducted multiple home visits, coordinated chore and personal care services, and Amber and Shatoria tapped into community resources like the Sweet Dream Makers Programβ€”which donated a brand-new queen bed, bedding, and pillows.
The team didn't just handle the logistics; Verna was on-site coordinating the setup and removal of old items. Thanks to their dedication, the client’s home environment and overall well-being have been transformed. We are incredibly proud to have Verna, Shatoria, and Amber on our team!
