🎃 A MONSTER SIZED THANK YOU TO FRG! 🎃

Some community partners go above and beyond, and Florida Roadway Guardrail & Signs (FRG) has done just that!

We want to extend an ENORMOUS thank you to FRG for being one of the largest financial contributor to ITID’s 2026 Monster Mash Halloween celebration!

FRG’s extraordinary generosity and commitment to our community are helping us bring an unforgettable evening of Halloween fun, laughter, and memories to Acreage families.

But what makes FRG truly special goes beyond their financial contribution. It’s their willingness to step up, invest in our community, and help make wonderful things happen for the people who call this place home.

Community events like Monster Mash are made possible by businesses that believe in giving back, and FRG is a shining example of what a great community partnership looks like.

From all of us at Indian Trail Improvement District, THANK YOU, FRG! We are incredibly grateful for your generosity, your partnership, and your continued support of our community.

We couldn't ask for a better partner, and we're proud to have you as part of the Monster Mash family!

👏 Please join us in giving FRG a HUGE round of applause for helping make this year's celebration possible!

UPDATE 10/18: Main arena drained nicely over night and is open for use at this time. East and West arenas are still closed for maintenance. The round pen is closed as it is holding too much water to be safe to use.

Nicole Hornstein Horse Park will be closed for the evening due to poor weather conditions and heavy rains. The arena will be allowed to drain overnight and reopen in the morning pending evaluation of the footing to make sure it is safe for horses and riders. We appreciate your understanding and apologize for the inconvenience.

HEAVY RAINFALL EXPECTED TODAY — PLEASE BE PREPARED!

Attention, Residents! We are expecting significant rainfall today (3/4 of an inch throughout the day and more this evening), therefore we ask everyone to take a few minutes to help prevent localized flooding throughout our community.

✅ Please check the following around your property:

- Swales and drainage areas: Make sure water can flow freely and there are no obstructions.
- Culverts and drainage pipes: Check for leaves, debris, grass clippings, or other blockages that could restrict water flow.
- Storm drains and ditches: Ensure drainage paths are clear of debris.
- Yard waste and loose items: Secure outdoor furniture, trash cans, and other items that could wash into drainage areas.

⚠️ Please do not attempt to enter flooded areas or remove obstructions if conditions are unsafe. Never drive through standing or moving floodwater.

Taking these simple precautions can help reduce the risk of standing water and localized flooding in our community.

Thank you for your cooperation and for doing your part to keep your family and our community safe!

Financial Oversight. Accountability. Transparency.

At Indian Trail Improvement District, we understand that residents expect their assessment dollars to be managed responsibly and in accordance with the law. We share that expectation.

Recent questions about the District's financial procedures deserve clear, factual answers.

Today, we are sharing an official statement explaining how ITID manages financial oversight, the safeguards involved in processing payments, and the important distinction between longstanding administrative practices and formally adopted Board policies.

We are also making the supporting legal memorandum, financial procedures, and related documentation available for public review.

Transparency means more than simply asking for your trust. It means providing the information and documentation that allow you to make informed decisions. We encourage every resident to review the facts.

The statement, and supporting documents, which include the legal summary from ITID legal counsel can be found here:

Sometimes, the most beautiful moments are the quietest ones.

The sound of birds, wildflowers growing along the water, and a little reminder of what makes this place we call home so special.

In a world that rarely slows down, there's something wonderful about living somewhere that still gives us moments like these.

Wishing our neighbors a peaceful day.
