Florida Legal Services is hosting a free information session designed to help individuals and families better prepare for, respond to, and recover from natural disasters. As hurricane season continues, it's important for everyone to understand the resources available before, during, and after an event.

Join us at the Palm Beach County Main Library (3650 Summit Blvd, WPB, FL 33406) on Monday, July 20, 2026 from 11:30 am to 1:00 pm for practical preparedness tips, explanations on available disaster assistance programs, and to hear about legal rights that can help individuals and families recover more effectively!

Looking to build new skills while making a difference in your community? The Disaster Resilient Overtown program is offering a FREE 4-week training course where participants will learn GIS mapping, work with real local data, and better understand disaster resilience in their communities.

No previous GIS experience required!
