The Transitioning Service Members and Counselors Reporting System (TSCRS) has officially launched. We appreciate your patience as we transition from TAPXXI to this new platform.

For service members beginning their transition services, please find the link to the portal that will assist you throughout this process: https://armytap.appsplatformportals.us.

📣 Please note the following information: From midnight on October 17, 2024, to October 24, 2024, the Army Transition Assistance Program (TAP) will transition from the current TAP XXI system to the new Transitioning Servicemembers and Counselors Reporting System (TSCRS). As a result of this transition, TAP Centers will have limited capabilities due to the shutdown of the TAP XXI and Soldier portal.

Affected individuals should contact their local TAP Center for updates and further information about how this transition may affect ongoing services or requirements.

Attention Post-9/11 GI Bill students receiving a monthly housing allowance and/or kicker payment:

Due to ongoing system modernization efforts, monthly housing allowance payments and kicker payments for students whose payments are not on hold will be automatically verified for June 2024.

You will not receive a text or e-mail asking you to verify enrollment for the month of June.

At the end of July 2024, please continue verifying your enrollment through your chosen verification process (email, text or online).
