Comprised of municipal professionals and private sector sponsors, the MCPWA seeks to improve practices in the public works field with the latest technologies and standards. The Association was founded by a group of

concerned municipal officials and vendors of related service and equipment to advance the theory and practice of the design, construction, maintenance, administration of public works services.
