Birdwatch Engineering The most reliable construction engineering firm in the Hudson Valley! Birdwatch was founded by Addison Bieger, Grant Escobar, and Jake Tyer on August 19, 2014.

Since that time, Team Birdwatch has constructed two apartment complexes in the Hudson Valley, providing homes to more than 400 families. The first complex, Rising Swan Homes of Highland Falls, opened for lease on September 30, 2014. The second, Sparrow Perch of Newburgh, opened for lease on November 30, 2014. Beginning with site feasibility analysis and ending with ribbon cutting ceremonies, both

projects were completed in less than ninety days. Due to the speed and quality of their work, Team Birdwatch was presented an award from ACEC New York for Engineering Excellence. The Team is proposing their newest and biggest project to date, a demolition and redesign of the Stony Lonesome II Housing Area on December 4, 2014. Pending design approval, construction is set to begin in early 2019. DISCLAIMER: This is not a real engineering company... Yet. This is part of an Engineering Design Project for Cadets Bieger, Escobar, and Tyer of the United States Military Academy.
