The Office of School Transportation’s Bus Driver Instructor Refresher Course is quickly approaching! This one week course, which will be conducted from October 5 – 9, 2026, is designed to provide an opportunity for valid state-certified instructors to refine their instructional abilities and augment their knowledge so that they can continue to contribute to the safe operation of the constantly evolving pupil transportation industry. To apply, print an application from the Department of Education’s transportation training webpage at https://www.cde.ca.gov/ls/tn/im/ and mail it with the course fee, a check or money order for $500.00, to the OST at 825 Riverside Parkway, Suite 110, West Sacramento, CA 95605. You will receive a confirmation email as soon as your application is processed.

Please Note: If the minimum capacity for the course is not reached by Monday, September 18th, it will be cancelled, and those currently enrolled will be refunded.
