A letter to West Seneca Voters:
This November, the people of West Seneca have the chance to elect a new town judge with the background, integrity, and dedication to best serve the court and the cause of justice.
That candidate is Paul Michalek, Jr., my husband of 17 years, and I want to take a moment to share my thoughts about why he should have your support on Election Day.
Paul is a devoted father to our four children, and, like me, a lifelong resident of West Seneca who cares deeply about our families, our neighborhoods, and our town's future.
With more than two decades of legal experience as a former prosecutor
and founder of a successful law practice, Paul is far and away the most qualified candidate on the ballot.
Paul began his career in the Erie County District Attorney’s office, prosecuting misdemeanors in Buffalo City Court and town courts including West Seneca’s. Later, he moved to the FelonyTrials Bureau, presenting cases to the Erie County Grand Jury and prosecuting major
felonies up to and including homicides.
Although he was asked to stay in the District Attorney’s office, Paul chose a career in the private sector, representing clients in federal and state courts and handling criminal defense as well as matrimonial and family law cases.
I can attest that Paul is a tireless advocate for his clients, answering calls at all hours of the day and night, seven days a week, to ensure they have the representation they deserve.
Despite the demands of his professional life, Paul is the attorney for St. Francis High School and volunteers as the school’s mock trial coach.
Growing up in West Seneca, I remember meeting the town justice and being impressed by his wisdom and knowledge, and by the respect he was shown by all who knew him. Today, I see those same qualities in Paul.
I humbly ask that you give him your vote on Tuesday, November 4th, and help elect a judge who will never allow politics to compromise the law or the values that make us proud to call West Seneca home.
Christine Michalek
