West Seneca Lions Club – Loan Closet Reminder 🦁

Did you know the West Seneca Lions Club Loan Closet provides medical equipment — free of charge — to members of our community?
We lend items such as wheelchairs, walkers, crutches, commodes, shower chairs, and other mobility equipment to residents who need short-term assistance while recovering from surgery, illness, or injury.

🦁💙 West Seneca Lions Club Holiday Outreach – Thank You, Community! 🎄

Thanks to the incredible generosity of our community, this year’s holiday outreach was a tremendous success! Together, we were able to support 68 local families with food and holiday presents for their children, and 15 Veteran families with food to help make their holidays brighter. That’s 83 families served this season.

This effort would not have been possible without the many individuals, schools, and organizations who stepped up to help. We extend our heartfelt thanks to:

🎁 The Giving Tree — a long-standing holiday initiative across several West Seneca schools, led by Kelly Hart, with support from teachers, staff, and students (including Key Club), who provided gifts for children
🧤 The Tree of Warmth, organized by the West Seneca West Elementary PTA and led by Kelly Gabamonte, for hats and gloves
🧵 Sue Wagner for the beautiful quilted Christmas stockings
🥕 Market In The Square and Brian Kusmierski for providing perishable food items
🚒 Vigilant Fire Company, WS for generously allowing us to use their space
🚌 West Seneca Schools Transportation Department for transporting gifts and non-perishable food from school food drives
🏫 Allendale Elementary School, West Seneca West Middle School, and Northwood Elementary School
💙 And the many community members who made monetary donations

These numbers represent more than meals and gifts — they represent compassion, dignity, and neighbors helping neighbors. The West Seneca Lions Club is proud to serve alongside such an amazing community.

The West Seneca Lions Club is proud to support local Veterans this holiday season. Through this partnership, perishable and non-perishable holiday dinner items will be provided to 12 Veteran families.

On Sunday, December 21, 2025, our Lions will once again deliver Christmas meals and gifts throughout our community — and we need your help to make it happen!
