Yesterday afternoon on E Main St., West Union Officers were conducting traffic enforcement. During a stop, K9 Ares alerted for the presence of narcotics. The passenger, John Williams, was found to be in possession of M**hamphetamine and subsequently charged with Possession w/ Intent to Distribute. Great job by Ares and his handler, Ofc. Robinson!

On October 1st, at approximately 9pm, at Tigers Ford, West Union Officers were conducting business checks and made contact with two subjects attempting to steal items from behind the business. After making contact with both subjects, they were found to be in possession of weapons, methamphetamine and paraphernalia. Both subjects are on probation and charges are pending from Probation and Parole.

Timothy Nabors was charged with:
Loitering & Prowling
Possession of M**h 3rd & Sub
Felon in Possession of a Firearm

Carlee Heaton was charged with:
Loitering & Prowling
Possession Paraphernalia
Felon in Possession of a Firearm
