MEET THE TOWNSHIP TEAM: Brandon Downs began his firefighting career with the Brady Township Fire Department in September of 2024.

A resident of West Unity, Brandon and his wife, Brittany have two daughters (Charlotte and Aubree) and two sons (Braxton and Dylan).

Brandon is a graduate of Fairview High School and is currently employed at the Correctional Center of Northwest Ohio.

Besides being a member of the Freemasons of Bryan Lodge 215, Brandon is very active in his children’s lives by coaching their baseball, softball and wrestling teams that they are involved in. Although it keeps him busy, he wouldn’t want it any other way!

Last evening the members of Brady Township Fire Department took advantage of the beautiful weather and got some practice with the extrication equipment. We want to thank Burnham for setting up some cars for us and the use of your facility.

As of 7:35 am January 26, 26 Williams County is on a Level 2. Crews are out and roads are passable if travel is absolutely necessary.

January 25, 2026 at 5:05 PM Sheriff Kochert has issued a Level 3.

Roadways are now closed and only essential travel is permitted.
