WV3 Class of 2027 is off to a beautiful start!

Today, our seniors woke up before dawn and hiked to a beautiful spot to watch the sunrise. Dr. Guido shared an inspiring message about starting off strong for their last year at APA.

After their hike, they returned to a delicious pancake breakfast cooked by their teachers!

We are excited to see the incredible things our seniors accomplish this year before they graduate!

This week, our 9th graders had their first Character Development event of the year. They practiced leadership skills such as resilience, overcoming obstacles, goal-setting, and making new friends. This event helped them set the tone for a great 9th grade year to come!

🎉 Please join us in welcoming our new Athletic Trainer, Rebecka Shaffer! 🏃‍♀️💪

We’re excited to have Rebecka joining our team! She earned her Bachelor’s degree in Rehabilitation Science and her Master’s degree in Athletic Training, both from Weber State University.

Rebecka is a Board-Certified Athletic Trainer and a member of both the Rocky Mountain Athletic Training Association and the Utah Athletic Trainer Association.

She brings a wealth of experience to our program, having worked with Bountiful High School, Weber State University, and Clearfield High School in various athletic training capacities.

⚽️ HISTORY MADE! ⚽️🔥

What a game for our APA WV3 High School Girls Soccer Team! 💙

On Tuesday, our girls faced off against North Summit Academy in an incredible battle that went all the way into overtime. When the final whistle blew, our girls had earned a 2-1 victory—and made history in the process!

🏆 For the first time since 2012, our girls soccer team has defeated North Summit!

The winning goal came in overtime when Samantha Bahana found the back of the net, securing the victory and giving our girls their FIRST WIN OF THE SEASON! 🎉⚽️

We couldn’t be more proud of the heart, determination, and teamwork this team showed. What a way to get that first win!
