Do you know anyone age 14-18 with an interest in becoming a Firefighter?

West Webster Fire Explorer Post 586 with a group of boys and girls who train in Fire/EMS skills to gain experience in a future in Fire/EMS.

The Post meets Thursday evenings @ 7:00pm at West Webster Fire Station 1 (1051 Gravel Rd). Come check it out!

OPEN HOUSE - Sunday, October 5th, 2025!

"Please come out and support your local Fire Department! West Webster will have its annual Open House at our Station 1 on Gravel Road on October 5th from 1PM-4PM.

Our Department covers half of the town of Webster and some of the town of Penfield, as well as responding to surrounding communities as needed.

Come out and see what we offer, what we do, and how to get involved! There are live fire and extrication demonstrations, free refreshments, and fun for the whole family!"

Congratulations to our 2025 Seniors!!

This duo has definitely proven to be both leaders and bring the humor to the post. Amber held the rank of Chief of the Explorer Post after she was previously the Assistant Chief. Ruby held the rank of Captain this year.

Amber and Ruby, you will be missed. Even your antics against each other 🤣

Amber is headed to MCC and Ruby to Nazareth. Good luck girls!!!

The members of West Webster Fire share with a heavy heart, the passing of Commissioner / Past Chief Thomas Indiano on Tuesday June 24th.

A well-respected individual and longtime fire service professional, he will be missed by so many of us.

Tom’s fire service career has touched so many from his time in East Rochester, Monroe County Fire Bureau, Penfield, Webster, and West Webster Fire, beginning in 1979.

Our thoughts and prayers extend to your family and your extended fire service family.
