* West of 60 Senior Center (community center) will be closed this Friday, tomorrow. We will see everyone back on Monday!
June 12 is our June birthday party. We will serve chili dogs, and members will bring potluck sides and desserts. Show up and celebrate with us and enjoy bingo at 10:30!

Another woven mat donation going out the door! Today we celebrate Toni Snapka for finishing her first mat! We are so thankful to her for learning and using her talent to help homeless in our community. ❤️

Another 10 mats created by our “West of 60’s” community project group! The mats are donated to homeless individuals in need.
There are many small jobs involved in creating these mats. Straightening, folding, cutting, connecting, and weaving.
We have several looms and individuals to instruct the process. You do not even have to be a senior to participate. If you or a group you know needs a project we will be happy to help. We are here 9-1 Monday-Friday, come join us. Contact 254-722-3240 for information.
