An incredible "Members Only" evening last night in David Roth's yard. The sheer number of hummingbirds and wildlife was amazing and mesmerizing. David's info and garden were such a delight and the company was wonderful. Thank you David for allowing us to do another wonderful hummingbird sit! Thank you Marie Sheraden and Daniel Slipp for some great photos.

We have a new turtle ambassador. She came to us needing some vet care. From what we can tell, she was injured at some point and one of her legs was surgically removed. Her shell is a little beat up as well, but she is a beautiful girl and seems fairly healthy, besides fighting an infection. She appears to have been in captivity previously. She seems to love human interaction. Vet bills for any of our animals can be very expensive. If you would like to make a donation to help support our new turtle or any of our other animals, you can stop in and make a donation or click the link for our website, https://www.rancocasnaturecenter.org/donate.html , choose an amount, on the next page choose "in memory" and write in "animal care." Stop in and see her. She is in the main museum room.
