Just wanted to make sure folks are aware of the Affordability Program, a $300 one-time payment open to Maine residents beginning in late July 2026.

Open to those who have federal adjusted gross income of less than:
$100,000 if married filing a joint return or a qualifying surviving spouse;
$75,000 if filing as head of household; or
$50,000 if single or married filing separately.

TONIGHT @ 6PM at the Gorham Municipal Center: Maine DEP Public Meeting. This will give residents a chance to voice our concerns, raise legal arguments, and encourage the DEP to deny Amazon's application.

For this meeting, comments should focus on environmental concerns.

So, the Ride the Bus thing. Life events overtook me, so pushing this out until late summer (some exciting bus-related developments coming soon).
In the meantime however...this Saturday the Metro is FREE - in honor of Pride - all day for those wishing to travel to / from Portland.
I am planning to take the 0955 bus from the Westbrook hub - the stop on Mechanic St by the Parking Garage - into Portland.
