ATTENTION: Bekkum Library will not have it's regularly scheduled "Little Friends Storytime" next Wednesday, June 17th. Please join us at Westby Elementary School for a bug-tastic time!

Bekkum Library is excited to have Heidi Braun Author visit Westby Elementary Library next week on June 17th at 10am to discuss her book, "Insect Action!" It will be an exciting morning of insect discovery, movement, and craft!

Rise and shine! Join Bekkum Library for "Little Bee Storytime" at Milk & Honey on Thursday, June 11th! Let's start the day with a buzz of excitement through stories, songs and play! The fun begins at 10am, hope to see you there!

We have a few spots left for our 4-H Science Camp! Registration ends on the 16th!

Who: Any Youth In Grades K-2 as of Jan. 1 of 2026, Only 6 Slots Open

Where: Readstown Public Library

When: June 23 & 24, 1 To 5 PM, Both Days

The Dinosaur Science Camp involves traveling back millions of years to the days when dinosaurs roamed the Earth. We will explore fossils that were left behind, learn about paleontologists, and dig up some dinosaur bones. The cost is free, snacks and t-shirts will be provided for participants. Youth must attend both days.

Join us on July 9 from 2-3:30pm at the Westby Community Center as we commemorate 250 years of American history. Renowned historian and twelfth-generation American, Dr. Stuart Brandes, will deliver a captivating presentation, weaving personal anecdotes from his own family's experiences into his remarks. Refreshments will be served, and we extend our gratitude to the Westby Area Historical Society for sponsoring this teen/adult event.
