Much is happening during the month of June with the Office of Community Health as it recognizes Alzheimer’s and Brain Awareness Month. During the entire month, they will be offering free, confidential memory screenings and education about Alzheimer’s Disease and dementia.

You can also attend Alzheimer’s 101: How to Reduce your Risk with Nurse Jackie on Monday, June 16 from 9AM - 10AM.

Learn what causes Alzheimer’s disease and if there are ways to prevent it and what the risks are. Please call the Office of Community Health at (630) 483-5665 for more information to make an appointment and register for the presentation.

We’re excited to share that Access to Care and PASO officially launched the first session of our 6-week Diabetes Education Empowerment Program (DEEP)!

More than a dozen dedicated community members joined us, ready to learn, connect, and take meaningful steps toward better managing their health. This powerful kickoff marks the beginning of a journey toward empowerment, education, and lasting change.

With over 50 resource tables and more than 100 attendees, it was a fantastic opportunity to connect, share, and support local residents.
