Today, during the Tuesday Morning Mingle at the Senior Center, the Blendon Township staff, Senior Center members and Trustees surprised me with a farewell celebration, including a very thoughtful video as I prepare to leave Blendon Township on Monday, June 8, 2026, to accept the Township Administrator position with Berlin Township in Delaware County.
I was truly humbled by the kindness and support shown today and wanted everyone to know; this was not an easy decision because Blendon Township has truly been my professional home for nearly three years. I have been blessed to work alongside incredible people and to serve such a wonderful community.
I want to sincerely thank both past and current Trustees for their leadership, support, and trust throughout my time here. It has been an honor to work with each of you.
To all of our staff and employees, thank you for your hard work, dedication, teamwork, and friendship. The success of this township comes from the people behind the scenes every single day, and I have been fortunate to be part of such an outstanding team.
Thank you to the residents of Blendon Township for allowing me the opportunity to serve this community. I will always be grateful for the relationships, experiences, and memories created here.
And finally, I will especially miss the members of the Senior Center. The laughter, conversations, stories, and friendships formed there will always hold a special place in my heart. You made my days brighter more often than you know.
While I am excited about what lies ahead, Blendon Township will always mean a great deal to me. I leave with tremendous gratitude, wonderful memories, and many friendships that I will cherish for years to come.
Thank you all again for everything!
