We’re excited to celebrate Executive Director Mary Akers, who was honored this week as a Champion of Inclusion by the DDS Citizens Advisory Board at the 21st Annual Community Celebration of Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities. Mary also received official congratulations from the Massachusetts House of Representatives and the Massachusetts Senate for her dedication to building inclusive and respectful opportunities for individuals with developmental disabilities.
We are grateful for her leadership and proud to share this achievement with our community. Congratulations, Mary, on this well-deserved recognition.
