📚 We're hiring! Westfield Washington Public Library is looking for a part-time Bookkeeper to join our team.

If you're detail-oriented, great with numbers, and want to put your skills to work for your community, this could be a great fit. You'll help manage our day-to-day finances, payroll, and reporting, plus keep things running smoothly behind the scenes.

What you'd be doing:
-Handling invoices, payments, and payroll
-Reconciling accounts and preparing financial reports
-Ensuring compliance with state and federal reporting
-Ordering office and cleaning supplies
-Processing external room reservations
-Supporting library operations with accuracy and care

We are saddened by the passing of Dolly Parton, whose love of reading has touched millions of children and families.

We feel incredibly blessed to have been part of Dolly Parton’s Imagination Library and the remarkable mission she created to put books into the hands of children.

Her music made the world brighter. Her generosity made it better. And her legacy will live on in every child who discovers the joy of reading because of her. ❤️

✨ Staff Spotlight: Mindi Glenn, Teen Supervisor

Mindi has been part of the library team for two years and loves teen programming. She says choosing a favorite book is like choosing a favorite song—it all depends on her mood! She is currently reading “Howl’s Moving Castle” by Diana Wynne Jones and has enjoyed comparing it to the film adaptation.

We’re grateful to have Mindi as part of our library team! 💙
