Senator Jon Bramnick (R-Middlesex, Morris, Somerset, and Union) is calling on the New Jersey Attorney General to establish an E-Bike Task Force to assist local law enforcement agencies in enforcing the state’s new e-bike laws and improving public safety.
“We have established rules for a reason,” Senator Bramnick said. “When violations put people at risk, there must be meaningful enforcement. The Attorney General can play an important role in bringing our law enforcement agencies together and making sure New Jersey is taking this issue seriously.”
