Due to inclement weather on our originally scheduled date, this year's Kiwanis Club of Greater Westhampton Golf Outing will now be held on Wednesday, 9/23 at The Rock in Wading River. 🥶 16 degrees this morning was brutal running to & from the car 🥶. While the cold is a nuissence for most of us there are many unseen in our community that are experiencing homelessness that need to try & survive 24/7 in this weather. Our club is proud to support the Maureen’s Haven temporary shelter program that provides a warm safe place to sleep for many each night of the winter months. Our members prepare and serve a hearty meal for our guests when they arrive and a hot breakfast in the morning before they leave for another day in the cold.
