RMS of Ohio invites you to our Cincinnati location for a one-day hiring event for Direct Support Professionals (DSPS). The event will take place on Tuesday, August 25th, 2026 from 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM.

We're offering immediate hiring opportunities for both DSPs & Lead DSPs. We have full and part-time positions available.
• $17.35 to $18.35 per hour

🌱 From Garden to Table at RMS of Ohio – Lima ADS! 🍅🌻
Earlier this summer, our Lima Adult Day Support group rolled up their sleeves and planted a vegetable garden—and now they’re getting to enjoy the results of their hard work!

So far, the garden has produced zucchini, cherry tomatoes and a green pepper, giving everyone a chance to experience the fun of growing fresh food from start to finish.

Today’s harvest became a delicious farm-to-table treat: homemade fried zucchini! It was a big hit and tasted even better knowing it came straight from the garden they helped plant and care for. 💚

🌊🛶 A Great Day on the Water in Lima! 🎤☀️
The individuals supported by RMS of Ohio had a wonderful time at the annual kayaking event at Ottawa Metro Park! Some participants enjoyed an adventure on the water, while others relaxed in the entertainment tent, sang karaoke and joined in the many fun activities offered throughout the day.

Everyone also received a cool event T-shirt to help remember the experience! Thank you to everyone who helped make this such a fun and memorable day!

🎤 RMS of Ohio: Talent Show Spotlight! 🌟
Last month, our RMS Adult Day Support community in Lima came together for an unforgettable talent show filled with music, movement and plenty of smiles!

Participants took the stage to share their talents through karaoke, dancing and even a karate performance. We were so proud to see everyone express themselves, support one another and perform with confidence.

Also, congratulations to Dustin Pinney, our talent show winner! 🏆👏

Thank you to everyone who performed, cheered and helped make the event such a wonderful celebration of creativity and individuality. At RMS, every person deserves the opportunity to shine!

RISE was created to expand the ways RMS supports people in their homes and communities. While RISE has its own name, identity and specialized focus, it remains part of the broader RMS organization and shares the same commitment to quality, dignity and person-centered support.

Traditional remote support services often monitor from a distance. RISE takes a more interactive and individualized approach. Our remote support platform is designed to empower people with developmental disabilities to live more independently while staying connected to their communities, families and support teams.
