Fear Factor Friday

Every Friday we plan to post about two species and have our audience vote on which they think is scariest.

This Friday we have a match guaranteed to raise some hackles (the part of animals that goes up when they're mad).

WATCH AND BE A-MAIZ-ED!

Home School A-Maiz-ing corn is just under a month away, Thursday, November 12 from 1:00 PM-3:00 PM at Nankin Mills.

Learn about the magic of corn and all its uses, the wonders of the harvest season, and become enchanted with our history as a gristmill.

The fee is $6.00 per student ($7.00 if out of county) and is recommended for ages five and older. Caregivers must attend and are free. Siblings younger than age five may attend for free, but they may not participate in activities and must not disrupt the class.

Pre-registration is required by calling (734) 261-1990 or by visiting Nankin Mills Interpretive Center, which is open 1:00 PM-4:00 PM Monday through Friday.

Nankin Mills Players Puppet show is Friday, November 6th, from 6:30 PM–7:30 PM at Nankin Mills in Westland.

Laugh as your learn in this naturalist puppet show, where you'll get a peak into the world of animals during the fall.

REGISTRATION CLOSES AT 4:00 PM ON THURSDAY, NOVEMBER 5TH.
