Joining one of our local boards or commissions is a great way to lend your voice to important decisions that help shape the future of our community

Current vacancies:

Environmental Sustainability Task Force - Ward 3: Meetings are anticipated to occur monthly, in the evenings, through 2025. Application deadline is June 8 at 5 p.m.

Businesses of Thornton Advisory Commission: Meetings are held on the second Wednesday of each month at 6:30 p.m. Application deadline is June 22 at 5 p.m.

We are looking for some local Adams County people to interview for our next issue of Livability's magazine of the Greater Adams County region. If you meet the following criteria, please reach out to us at [email protected].

1) A local alum who grew up in Adams County, went to college here and decided to stay and work locally.

2) Since our median age is 34, residents between 20-40 to discuss why they live or work here.
