Thornton Board and Commission Vacancies

Are you passionate about making a difference in your community? Take the leap and apply for one the following openings:

Thornton Active Adult Board - Ward 2 & 3: Meetings are the third Wednesday of January, April, and October at 1:30 p.m. and the third Wednesday of July at 4 p.m. at the Active Adult Center. Deadline to apply is 5 p.m., June 9.

Thornton Arts, Sciences and Humanities Council (TASHCO) - Ward 2: Meetings are generally held on the second Monday of the month at 6:30 p.m. Deadline to apply is 5 p.m., June 15.

Parks and Open Space Advisory Commission - Ward 1: Meetings are generally held the third Monday of February, April, June, August, October, and December at 6 p.m. Deadline to apply is 5 p.m., June 22.
