A message from CASE President, Cindy Porter: As summer break comes to a close, I want to wish all CASE members and bargaining unit members a good school year ahead! After negotiations for the better part of the last half of the last school year, there is a new contract. I am including the link in the first comment below and hope that you will familiarize yourselves with it. No matter what, please make sure that you are taking the breaks and duty-free lunch afforded to you by our contract. This post speaks volumes! Not only does it say a lot about these two candidates for the Board of Education that we have endorsed, along with CCEA, but it also speaks to the power of being the example of a joint, non-partisan team who partnered for the benefit of the students in our county!
