Hello Friends of Westmont Cruisin’ Nights & Street Fair
Westmont Special Events pays close attention to weather forecasts, and while we never want to cancel an event, we sometimes need to in order to keep people safe. We have direct communication with the National Weather Service, which provides us with expert analysis and updates to inform our decisions.
As of 1PM, it has been determined that there is a strong possibility of thunderstorms and showers throughout the evening, which will impact our car show event; therefore, it has been decided that we will have a modified event and Cass Avenue will NOT be closed tonight.
HOWEVER, car owners and guests are invited to come to downtown Westmont, parallel park your car on the street or park in a public parking lot, and then visit our local businesses and event sponsors, including…
