At The Palace at Weston, we believe taking care of our team is just as important as taking care of our residents. This week, we celebrated our incredible team members with a special appreciation event, dedicated to recognizing the hard work, compassion, and commitment they bring every day.

The afternoon was filled with recognition, laughter, and well-deserved appreciation. One of the highlights of the event was a delicious Italian feast that brought everyone together. From heartfelt speeches to meaningful recognition, the event served as a reminder that our greatest strength is our team.

In addition to outings that offer plenty of chances to rack up steps, residents can take part in organized, instructor-led classes onsite, including yoga, water fitness and resistance training.
