LABORDAY WEEKEND EVENTS:

Sunday Sept 4th at 4:00 Sundays on the Hill Concert Series will present "Latin Landscapes" - Guitar, flute and bassoon.
Monday, Sept 5 There will be a walking tour of Historic Weston at 10:00 and The Gypsy Reel will entertain from 4:00 - 6:00pm on the Village Green. The concert is free to all and soft drinks and popcorn provided by the Weston Community Association. Bring a blanket, picnic and BYOB and enjoy the concert.

Thanks to massive cleanup efforts on the part of the community, volunteers, crew and staff, Concert performances of Saint Ex will resume on Friday September 2 at 7:30. Tickets are now on sale and the Box office number 802 824 5288 fully operational. The Inn at Weston and Bryant House offer pre-theatre dining.

On August 28th, the Church on the Hill will be hosting Linda Beers, the phenomenal violinist. The concert will be starting at 4 P.M. and admission is 5$. This is an event that shouldn't be missed!

On August 26th, there is a free Ice Cream social on the green provided by Mildred's Dairy Bar and on the 25th, the World Premiere of Saint-Ex, the musical. It is the winner of Weston's 2010 New Musical Award! This should be an extraordinary experience that can't be passed up!

"The Aliens" play will be opening on August 11th.The New York Times hailed the play as "extraordinarily beautiful." This should be a really, really good one, not that we haven't already had a fantastic line up of shows! Everyone should try and come out to see it!

On August 12th, The Blue Flames Steel Band will be playing on the Weston green at 5P.M. There is no admission price so everyone should come and enjoy the music. If the weather permits, you could even pack a basket full of goodies, bring a checkered blanket, and have a picnic!

Come to Weston’s first fine art exhibit in ten years. It is happening on Main Street (Route 100) at the Old Parish Church on Saturday, July 30, from 10 am to 5 pm.
Twelve oil and watercolor painters will be showing their finest works. Enjoy some music from some Kinhaven musicians. Buy a raffle ticket and win your favorite painting. Free admission.
