⛈️ THUNDERSTORMS HAVE BEEN ROLLING THROUGH WESTON! ⚡

With all the recent rain and lightning, now is a good time for a quick reminder: When thunder roars, go indoors!

If a storm moves in:
🏠 Head inside and stay there until the storm passes.
📱 Stay informed and monitor weather alerts.
🔌 Protect electronics from power surges.
🐾 Bring pets indoors—they can be frightened by storms, too.
🚫 Avoid unnecessary travel during severe weather.

Lightning can strike even when the storm doesn’t appear to be directly overhead. When you hear thunder, it’s time to seek shelter.

🌧️ ATTENTION DRIVERS: Rainy weather is in the forecast all week! 🚗💦

When the rain comes down, road conditions can change quickly—and so should your driving. Sometimes, the safest choice is to stay put and wait for the storm to pass.

If you need to be on the road, buckle up and remember these rainy-day driving tips:

🚗 Slow it down. Wet roads mean less traction, so avoid speeding and sudden maneuvers.

🚗 Give yourself some space. Increase your following distance to allow extra time to stop.

🚗 Turn on your headlights. Make sure you can see—and that others can see you.

🚗 Use your windshield wipers. Keep your view clear, especially during heavy rain.

🚗 Never drive through flooded roadways. Turn around—don’t drown!

Today, we’re celebrating the four-legged friends who bring us endless love, loyalty, and plenty of tail wags! 🐶❤️

Of course, we couldn’t celebrate without giving a special shoutout to our very own Olivia! 🐾👮‍♀️ Whether she’s spreading smiles, comforting our community, or just reminding us that every day is better with a dog around, Olivia is always on duty for cuddles! 🥰
